My name is Anthony Brown, ex-Army Sergeant, and I'm reaching out on behalf of my family during a deeply challenging and urgent time. My wife is scheduled to appear before an immigration judge on December 9, 2025, a hearing that will determine whether she can remain lawfully in the United States or face deportation. This is U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Case# IOE0919082905 / A232 - 255 - 581. The required legal fees and the cost of submitted forms are overwhelming. We have exhausted family members and all available credit cards to the point that our credit score is rated poor.
We recently married in 2019 and have 2 young boys, ages 4 and 5, named Alonzo and Eli, that she now raises being a stay-at-home wife. The system took away/suspended her credentials of Social Security Number, Work Permit, and Driver's License, so she has no way of driving or applying for a job. I'm an Army Veteran who served 13 years in the Army, but now we're surviving on a monthly disability income that I receive, which doesn't cover everything. I do deliveries with DoorDash/UBER and try to score side gigs with equipment that I own to cover the shortage and generate income. We reside in Dallas, Texas, where we're scraping by, including the payment of our mortgage.
The assistance that we would be grateful to achieve is for the payment of court filings, legal documents, and lawyer legal fees. This so far is nearing the $10,000.00 mark. I'm still able to do limited work due to military disabilities and hustle out here, which I constantly do. This is my first time resorting to a platform like this, but after much consideration, research, and talks with friends, I think it’s worth a try.
I & my family sincerely thank any assistance that we can achieve with GoFundMe, and want to wish everyone a safe and prosperous holiday season!
