PLEASE HELP...Keep Her License and continue helping others

My name is Tonya. I just received the notice you see in the picture above in the mail yesterday. If you don't know me I work in the recovery community I work for Northstar behavioral health and I help people in recovery. I have given my life to Jesus and to helping others finding their way in sobriety. I lost my fiancee 3 years ago and have been sober since that day; I work two jobs because recently my wages have been levied and they are taking $800 a month out of my paychecks for a debt I owe from 2013. Which is totally fine because I want to pay off my debts and get everything wiped from my record. But then I received this letter in the mail saying they are going to take my driver's license as of June 15th if I don't pay this $4,500 from a judgment I owe from years ago. These are the last two debts I have to pay off. I've been up all night just distraught crying upset because I if I don't have my license I can help my clients I can't be there for them. I don't have the money to pay this off due to current struggles. I feel like it's all coming at me at once my past that is and I hate to ask for help but I need help. I need help raising $4,500 so I do not lose my license. Both my jobs involve driving if I can't drive I can't work and if I can't work I can't provide a roof over my family's head. I feel helpless right now please anything would help I love you all Jesus is amazing and so is everyone in heaven and on Earth... I never asked for help I'm usually the one helping others so this is very hard for me to ask from my fellow peers and friends and family.
