My name is Crystal, and I’m creating this GoFundMe for my sister, Tonya Murphy, who is only 46 years old and fighting an unimaginable battle.

Tonya was recently diagnosed with an esophageal mass and congestive heart failure, and doctors have told us she will need a heart valve replacement. She is currently receiving care at Banner Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona, where her team is working to stabilize her and begin the next stages of treatment.

What makes this even harder is that Tonya is expecting her first grandchild on May 26th, 2026. She wants more than anything to be here, healthy and strong, to meet that baby and watch them grow. That hope is what keeps her fighting every single day.

Tonya has always been the person who lifts everyone else up, and now she needs our help. The medical bills, travel, medications, and time she must spend away from work are overwhelming. Our family simply cannot do this alone.
