Tony's Road to Recovery: Your Support Needed

Hello, my name is Lisa Dumont, I am Tony’s sister. I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart and a hopeful spirit. Tony is currently facing a series of severe health challenges that have turned his life upside down. I am humbly asking for your support to help Tony & his wife Carrie navigate this difficult journey.

It all began when he was diagnosed with a serious blood infection. Despite the best efforts of his medical team, the infection spread rapidly, leading to the need for emergency open-heart surgery. The surgery was a success, but his battle is far from over.

In the aftermath of the surgery, his kidneys began to fail, and he was placed on dialysis. This has been a grueling process. He has been in Tufts Medical Center in Boston for 6 weeks with multiple infections. Each day is a struggle, but he is determined to fight and recover.

These health challenges have not only taken a toll on his body but have also created a significant financial burden. The cost of medical treatments, hospital stays, medications, ongoing dialysis, and normal life bills is overwhelming. He is unable to work, and we are not sure when he will be able to return.
