On Sunday night, Tony Fox and his girlfriend Natalie Cruz were out to dinner, enjoying a quiet evening together. During their drive home, they received the devastating news that their house was on fire. By the time they arrived, the blaze had taken everything they owned. While they lost their home and all of their belongings, we are incredibly grateful that brave firefighters were able to rescue their beloved dog, Remy, from the burning house. Tony and Natalie walked away from the scene with only the clothes on their backs, but having Remy safe with them is the greatest blessing they could ask for. Now, they truly have to start over from scratch.
If you know Tony, you know he is the first person to show up when anyone else is in need. He lives his life by a simple rule: put others first, every single day. Tony is the ultimate friend who answers the phone at three in the morning without hesitation. If you need help, he will drive across the state to be by your side, never asking any questions. He pours his heart into volunteering, constantly looking for ways to get involved and give people a better life. He has dedicated his entire life to building up his community and lifting others up. Now, it is our turn to lift him, Natalie, and Remy up.
