Hey Everyone,
As some of you may know my daddy, Manuel Martinez AKA Tony, has recently had his leg amputated due to diabetic complications. It is now time for him to try and get a new leg so he can go back to getting around. My dad is not the type to ask for handouts by any means. He is a very hard working and honest man. The only reason we have resorted to set up a go fund me account and ask for help is because he has repeatedly been denied for Medicaid due to making too much from his early retirment, but he only recieves $905 a month which barely covers his bills now. Heck his food stamps is set at a big $16 bucks, and you tell me what grown man can eat off 16 bucks? Also he is not old enough for Medicare, which places us in our current predicament. If my family could afford to do this we would give it to him in a heart beat. If anyone knows my dad he is the type of man that would willingly give you the shirt off his back just so you could stay warm. I know there are many of my family and friends included who have had my father impact your life as either being there when you needed it or being a second father figure to you. So please if you could help pay it forward, and lets help get my old man walking again!!!!! Every little bit helps to his cause, and we are truly greatful to everyone for your support.
