Help Tony Heal His Heart

Tony Tamer has always been the kind of person who shows up for everyone else. Lend an ear, or make you laugh even on your worst day. Now, he’s the one who needs our help.

In mid-September, Tony thought he had come down with the flu. After several weeks of feeling worse, doctors discovered the real cause: congestive heart failure. Since then, he’s been in and out of the hospital and facing a long, uncertain road ahead.

Tony needs open-heart surgery to place stents, but right now his heart isn’t strong enough to undergo the procedure. He’s on a powerful medication regimen to help strengthen it so he can safely have surgery in the coming weeks.

Being out of work since September has left Tony struggling to cover everyday expenses — rent, food, medications, and travel to appointments. Every donation helps him focus on healing instead of worrying about how to keep the lights on.
