Tony is my almost two-year-old border collie, and he means the world to me. While playing fetch at the dog park, Tony had an accident and broke his femur. I rushed him to the veterinarian, where we were able to get an x-ray and some medicine to help with his pain. Unfortunately, because of financial difficulties, I was never able to get him the health insurance he needs. Now, Tony is suffering because I cannot afford the surgery he desperately needs.

We tried applying for a grant to help cover the costs, but we haven't received any response. Tony's condition has gotten worse—he has bloody stool and has stopped eating and drinking. It is incredibly hard to watch him in pain and feel like I can't do anything to help.

The funds raised will go directly toward Tony's surgery and medical care, giving him the chance to recover and live a happy, healthy life.
