Help Tony get his lungs for a new lease in life

My name Antonio Guzman, but my friends call me Tony. I've been battling with chronic respiratory since childhood, but recently everything has taken a turn for the worst. I'm very young, I am 36 yrs old nursing student who would like to fulfill his dream of becoming part of the medical field and used his skills in a real scenario where I'm sure I will be of great help to people like myself would need a great advocate on their side.

The past year 2 years is when major health decline started and all began to unravel. At my heaviest 151 lbs I was still doing fine, going to work, to the gym, going to nursing school, but ever since then my decline has been slow but a decline nonetheless. The past 6 months have been the worst ones of my life, in and out of doctor's offices trying to nail down the culprit of all my respiratory issues, all I was told is that I have severe bronchiectasis of idiopathic origin, so they have yet to find out definitively what is the cause of my bronchiectasis, either cystic fibrosis or primary ciliary dyskanisia or perhaps something else more insidious.

Whatever the case may be, is that with my severe bronchiectasis my lungs are at a point where I have to rely on oxygen therapy 24/7 ever since October 2021, slowly needing more oxygen and frequent more lung infections.

The point is that regardless of which disease is the culprit, one thing is certain, I DO NEED A BILATERAL LUNG TRANSPLANT TO SAVE MY LIFE in the 6 months or less. Otherwise, I won't make it past 37yrs old. So anything you can send my way from $10 to $1000 to more, it would be great appreciated!!
