Hey everybody it's Tony, I have never really done anything like this before but I could really use some help from everyone and it would be greatly appreciated beyond your understanding. I'm doing the GoFundMe account for myself raising funds because of my muscular dystrophy has continued to get worse and I am now in need of a powered wheelchair, with the powered wheelchair I'll also have to get some ramps for inside the house and one for outside and also a trailer for the car. Unfortunately being on Social Security Disability as my only income and my health insurance is through Medicare. Medicare actually did help out some with the power chair but they do not cover it completely, or any of the ramps which I have to get 2 of the 3 feet ramps and 1 6-7ft. ramp for the front door for the inside and outside of the house or trailer to carry it on the car. I also reached out for some grants to help with the remaining cost of the wheelchair even a Grant from the MDA, and other government grants for the disabled, we will have to wait to see if they will help with some of the remaining balance of the power wheelchair or any of the ramps, but they are on a first come first serve basis so fingers crossed and we'll wait and see for that. This new wheelchair is life changing for me the functionality of it and features allow me to be more independent and allow me to be able to do so much more with the most important person in my life my daughter Gracie, sometimes I think she gets just as excited if not more than I do. I'm going to attach a pamphlet that shows the model wheelchair that I will be receiving just so you could get an idea of what it will help me out with. But any kind of help I would be so grateful and blessed to receive and if I were to receive the amount I need to cover everything I would gladly donate the rest of the funds to the MDA for someone else who is in need like me. Thanks to everyone for listening and reading this and for any kind of help you're able to donate. Thanks again Tony Vitalie and the model that I'll see getting is the PerMobile F-3, and then I added a picture of the chair I'm using now.
