Tony Ruiz is a proud disabled Army veteran who was injured while serving our nation. Despite his disability, he remained committed to serving fellow veterans and, in early 2024, was hired by the VA to process veterans' claims at the Los Angeles Federal Office.
However, on February 3, 2025, like many other federal employees—including veterans—Tony was wrongfully terminated. Refusing to back down, he has been fighting for justice, but in doing so, he has become the target of retaliation by VA officials.
Now, Tony is facing his final opportunity to challenge this injustice through legal action. We need your support to help him afford the legal representation necessary to fight back—not just for himself, but for every veteran and federal employee who has been unfairly silenced.
Your contribution will help Tony stand up against wrongful termination and ensure he can continue serving his country, just as he always has. Every donation makes a difference.
Join us in this fight—because no veteran should be left behind.
