Tony Ruiz is a proud disabled Army veteran who was injured while serving our nation. Despite his disability, he remained committed to serving fellow veterans and, in early 2024, was hired by the VA to process veterans' claims at the Los Angeles Federal Office.
However, on February 3, 2025, like many other federal employees—including veterans—Tony was wrongfully terminated. Refusing to back down, he has been fighting for justice, but in doing so, he has become the target of retaliation by VA officials.
