Help Tony Blasi with costly medical and rehab expenses
Donation protected
Dear family and friends,
My father, Tony Blasi, had a massive stroke and bleeding in his brain on December 2, followed by a seizure on December 3. He has been in the hospital ever since. Most of that time he has been unconscious. He battled pneumonia and in recent days has developed fluids in his lungs that the doctors are also trying to treat. He was on a ventilator for a large portion of his time so far in the hospital. He as well has a feeding tube in his stomach because he unable to eat or drink on his own. We don’t know what to expect from this point forward and any recovery would be a long and hard one.
He’s not perfect but who is, but my dad is always the first to donate to the church or to someone less fortunate. He doesn’t spend money on himself; no new clothes, no restaurants, no new car, nothing. Even though he has a lot to worry about himself, he always made sure his grandchildren, who are the most important to him were always good and had whatever they needed. He gives to others instead of giving to himself. Now is the time that we give back to him. My father has fallen on hard times physically, mentally, and financially, so any donation is a big help with health care and recovery costs. As of yesterday the hospital advised us that his insurance will only cover 3 weeks of rehab at a facility when months worth is necessary. Any type of donation would be greatly appreciated and he would be so thankful for it. Thank you!
