Help Tony and his Family with Unexpected Expenses

Hello. My name is Jen and I created this account to help raise money for Patti and her son, Tony.

Late in 2023, Tony received the devastating news that he has cancer in his tongue. He was fortunate to find an excellent surgeon, however, that surgeon is located in Madison, Wisconsin, which is over 180 miles away! Tony's surgery to remove a mass and then reconstruct his tongue led to the discovery that the cancer is stage four. He will need weeks of radiation treatment (in Madison, of course). During the week that Tony had to stay in the hospital for his surgery, Patti had been unable to work and was faced with the daunting task of having to cover housing expenses. She has always been a huge part of his support network, along with her husband, Jay, Tony's father, Keith and wife Shari, as well as, Tony's stepsisters, Alex and Erin. As Tony begins radiation treatments, this will not change. While his family serves as his advocate and support during this process, they will continue to need housing for the coming weeks. Many of the medical supplies that Tony needs are not covered by insurance and more bills are rolling in all the time. A cancer diagnosis is stressful enough without the added pressure of medical bills, lost wages, and housing. Treatments are ongoing, so knowing how much to ask for is difficult. Should we raise more than is needed, we plan to donate the rest to a cancer research charity or facility. This is why I'm reaching out on behalf of this wonderful family. Patti has given so much to others throughout the years. My hope is that, in her time of need, she and her son may be blessed by all of you!
