Hi Family and Friends !
 I am a student athlete (track & field) at Southeastern University. I’ve just been informed by my head Coach Nick Dodson that I have been invited to be a member of team USA and participate in the FISU World University Games in Chengdu China this summer !
 (July 28th- August 8th 2023)

Words can’t express how beyond thankful that I am to be given such a huge opportunity like this ! God has really blessed me and paved a way for me with everything that I’ve been through these past couple years with collegiate sports. God definitely has a plan for me and my dreams are finally turning into reality. God’s timing is perfect timing !

 With that being said, with whatever you guys can contribute to help me with this once in a lifetime opportunity, I would greatly appreciate it !

 What is the FISU World University Games ?

• Every 2 years FISU World University Games brings together over 8,000 of the worlds best summer sport athletes from over 150 nations and come together to celebrate the international university of sports and culture !  

• With the 2023 World University Games approaching (July 28th-August 8 2023) I am asking for you all to help me raise $3500 by July 10th to reach the funds that are necessary for me to represent as a USA team member and participate in the

 What Do these funds cover ? 

•  Housing Airfare to and front Chengdu, China  
  
• Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner All ground transportation as part of the games in Chengdu, China 
•  USA team apparel FISU registration fee and accreditation process 
•  Social media and website promotion Pre-event logistical assistance 
•  Tickets to attend other sporting events as part of Team USA (As available)
•  USA Team Uni-Team medical and staff office 
  
•  USA Uniforms ( 2 sets for team sports)
•  Cost of bringing your own athletic trainer or doctor 
•  Baggage or shipping cost for equipment or luggage Other necessary accommodations, meals, and transportation costs, if applicable  
• Opportunity to March in Opening and Closing Ceremonies Chinese Visa Costs if necessary
