My name is Michele. My beautiful sister Toni is the most loving person I know. She is the matriarch of our family, cares for her children and grandchildren, and has worked 2 jobs her whole life to do for others. She has beaten leukemia and has been cancer-free for 18 years. She volunteers in soup kitchens, fundraises for cancer research, and does Relay for Life every year. She is a remarkable human being, always putting others before herself, even if she doesn't know them.

On July 4th, she was admitted to JRWJBJ Hospital in NJ. She was diagnosed with severe right and left heart failure caused by chemotherapy and will need a heart transplant. She will have to stay in ICU on a heart pump until she gets a heart. I am praying this will happen sooner than later. If you find it in your heart to help, may God bless you.
