Hi, as many of you know Tom was a prominent figure in our lives. He was a dad, a partner, and a grandpa.

On Monday, Tom suffered a massive heart attack at home and he didn’t make it. We are utterly heartbroken to lose such an important person.

This fund is for my brother Luke, my Mom, and Owen (my nephew) while they find their new normal in such a trying time. This will cover the monthly expenses and any additional bills. There is a separate meal train if you would like to provide food at this time.Click here to set up a meal
