Tommie Desantis

Below is the story of a young girl who continues to battle Neuroblastoma, a deadly form of cancer that develops from immature nerve cells found in several areas of the body.

Tommie Desantis is a 5 year old little girl whose life was shattered almost one year ago. On December 9th, 2018, she was diagnosed with High Risk Neuroblastoma - a deadly pediatric cancer.

Over the past year, this courageous young girl has endured what most go a lifetime without facing. he’s undergone 9 rounds of brutal chemo, two tumor resection surgeries totaling over 30 hours and numerous surgical complications. Since the beginning, doing everything they can to protect Tommie, her family has sought out the best doctors in NYC. 

Funds raised would be used for travel necessary for treatment and medical bills that are really starting to come in because they are out of their insurance network. Tommie is one tough and resilient little girl who has a heck of a long, hard road in front of her but also an immense amount of fight in her to beat this monster!
