Help Tommasina Continue Her Universal Yoga Journey in Nepal
Hi friends,
My name is Tommasina, and I’ve been dedicated to yoga as a way of life since 2012. Yoga has shaped every part of who I am. It’s been my healing, my path, and my offering to the world.
Over the years, I’ve poured my heart into both my personal practice and into building a community grounded in depth, tradition, and growth. One of the most transformative influences in my journey has been Universal Yoga and my teacher, Andrey Lappa. This system gave me the tools to completely shift my life—and it’s become the foundation of what I now share with others.
Why I Need Your Help
Last year, I spent countless hours organizing and hosting a Universal Yoga teacher training in Atlanta—bringing this lineage to our area for the first time. It was a labor of love and something I felt called to do for my students, even though it meant putting aside my own income and offerings to make it happen.
Now, I need to take the next step—to deepen my training and receive the next level of authorization. To do this, I must travel to Nepal and study intensely for certification. The training lasts at least one month, during which time I won’t be able to work or generate income. My savings will cover the flight and personal costs, but I need support to cover the training tuition and related expenses.
How You Can Help
Asking for support is incredibly hard for me—I’m used to giving. But I also know that to teach with integrity, I have to continue doing the work myself. If you feel moved to support this journey, I would be so grateful.
• Any amount helps—truly. It also encourages me that you believe in me.
• If you’d prefer to exchange energy, I’m happy to offer a virtual class, private session, or consultation in return. Or, I can direct you to a workshop I am offering August 16 in Roswell.
• If you can’t donate, sharing this with someone who may want to help is also deeply appreciated.
This is more than a trip. It’s a commitment to my own growth so I can continue serving my students and community at the highest level.
Thank you for reading, for believing, and for walking this path with me.
With love and gratitude,
Tommasina
