There’s a sweet stray cat who’s been visiting my neighborhood for a while now. He’s friendly, gentle, and always grateful for the food I leave out for him. As I prepare to move in a week, I’ve grown attached to him and want to give him a safe, loving home. I’m hoping to adopt him and make him part of our family, but before I can do that, he needs some important care.

Tom, as we’re thinking of naming him, will need to be neutered and treated for fleas and worms to make sure he’s healthy and comfortable. He’ll also need a visit to the vet for a full check-up, and I’ll need to get him supplies like a cat house, food, and other essentials to help him settle in. With two other cats already in our family, adding Tom means extra expenses, but I want to make sure he gets the best start possible.
