Help Tom Punch Out Cancer

Tom Swoboda has been sidelined while fighting cancer and going through chemo.  Over the years he has sacrificed his personal goals to ensure there are officials for our youth.  He needs some help while he undergoes the chemo, which is keeping him off the fields and courts for now.  Every bit will help ease the burden of the medical expenses. 

Tom loves his family and is much more than an umpire, ref or official, which many of you know him in that capacity.  He's a father of three wonderful children, a great son to his parents and friend to many who has hit a spot of need.
