Help Tom pay for his heart medication

Hello everyone. My name is Tom. Firstly, I appreciate you taking the time to read this. One year and a half ago, I received a heart transplant as I had suffered from chronic heart failure from late August of 2020. Since my heart transplant, I’ve been quite a bit in medical debt. I am currently having countless medical issues continue to plague me and I can not get a job right now due to everything that is going on. I am humbly asking if you would help me to raise about $450 to help me purchase two months worth of my heart medications as I do not have very good insurance. If I miss my medications for two days, I will die. I have enough medication to last me the next two and 1/2 weeks.
