Help Tom Overcome Financial Strain Post-Accident

Hello, my name is Tom. On September 19th, I was in an accident that nearly took my life. I had a Traumatic Brain Injury and I had brain surgery. I spent a week in ICU, another week in the hospital, and another week in rehab. I'm not allowed to go back to work for 6 months. I have a $540 monthly car payment, a $250 insurance bill monthly, a $150 phone bill, and a $3,000 hospital bill unpaid. I am currently couch surfing until I get caught up on my bills and can get into a place of my own and back to work. Please help me complete my goals and start to live a normal life again.
