Help Tom Jordan – Legal Fund for Public Servant

On February 17, a tragic accident occurred while Tom Jordan, a veteran snowplow operator, was performing his duties during a severe winter storm. While working to help keep the roads safe, the accident resulted in the loss of Nebraska State Patrol Trooper McAcy.

This incident has deeply affected everyone involved. Our heartfelt condolences go out to Trooper McAcy’s family, colleagues, and the wider law enforcement community.

In the wake of this tragedy, Tom now faces legal proceedings and is in urgent need of support to help cover the cost of his legal defense. As a public servant who has dedicated many years to serving his community through some of the harshest conditions, Tom now needs the community's support in return.
