This Is Tom. A few years back a Heavy weight fell on his head from 100+ feet above. Tom hasnt been able to speak/hear  ever since. He stands outside 7/11 all night long. Not many people help him out because all he can do is wave his hands. Help me make Tom happy. Funds Will Be used to Purchase Tom clothing, food and possibly take him to do something.
