Help Tom Clunk and the Sweo Family in Their Cancer Fight

For the past two years, Tom Clunk and his family have been fearlessly fighting Tom's cancer diagnosis. It started in Early 2023 when Tom rapidly, and out of nowhere drastically lost 50 pounds. This was the identifier that led to his diagnosis of Esophageal cancer.

After being diagnosed, the fight began. Tom started his treatment of both chemotherapy and radiation, and did this from November 2023 to January 2024. After this treatment concluded, Tom and his family excitedly got the news that his treatment worked and that there was no sign of cancer.

Unfortunately, Tom's clean bill of health did not last, and in February of 2024, Tom underwent surgery to remove his esophagus. While this was not the next step he and his family wanted, it seemed to be the next step they needed, as the CT scan came back that he was cancer-free.

In July of 2024, Tom went for his routine CT scan and unfortunately, they found that the cancer had metastasized to his liver and was Stage 4. This diagnosis sadly means that Tom will have to undergo chemotherapy every two weeks for the rest of his life.

Not only has this journey been devastating and hard for Tom, but his family as well. His wife Sam is one of the hardest working people I know, working multiple jobs to help pay for medical bills and Tom's unability to work. We are sharing the Clunk/Sweo family's story on here in hopes that you all can show your support to help in his fight. Every dollar makes a difference and directly helps Tom and his family's fight against cancer.
