Help Tom Chase

Donation protected
As many of you may know, Tom Chase has been fighting for his life since December 2023. He has been diagnosed with Autoimmune Encephalitis, a disease that attacks your brain. Fighting beside him, day and night, to ensure he receives the care he deserves, is his wife Christine. Tom and Christine provide for their family by operating Tombstone Construction. Tom is the owner operator and transports oilfield fluid in the Edson, Alberta area. Since the onslaught of this disease in December, they have not had any income. Tom has had to spend many weeks at a time in the hospital, (Christine has remained by his side) and the expenses are slowly eating away at their savings. When he finally returns from the hospital this time, Tom will continue to require bi-monthly treatments in Edmonton to try and keep the infection at bay. With his return home, he will require constant care on his very long road to recovery, with Christine as his main caregiver. The decision for the Go Fund Me page has not been made easily. We, the friends of this wonderful family, are hoping to raise enough funds, to remove the immediate financial stress, so they can focus on healing and a future where they can enjoy their four children, grandchildren and families
