Help Tom Care for Kelly in His Final Days

My name is Tom and my partner was so sick 5 weeks ago and it's Cancer.. he's got less then week's left, his name is Kelly,we have b een together for 15 years..are hole world is turned upside down,he is being ambulance home so he can spend the time he has left to be with his 5 pitbull and me , unfortunately he has no insurance to cover hospice so I will be doing the best I can to care for him.his wishes were to be home to hug his dogs,with all are hearts we thank everyone out there for there love and support.love 5 pitbull and me Tom ,I am a train reck right now God Bless..
