Give to join Team Tom! Please join us as we support Tom Beben and his family as he goes through treatment for Stage 3 colon cancer. As you can imagine, this diagnosis came as a complete shock. Tom is fortunate to have health insurance, but deductibles and copays add up fast. Tom is receiving a cutting edge immunotherapy treatment with a 5-figure price tag - after insurance, the out of pocket cost for just the first two treatments is $1,400. Tom will be facing several rounds of that treatment, then surgery, followed by chemotherapy and/or more immunotherapy. This will be a multi-year journey. Funds raised will be used to cover medical expenses, other costs related to his care, and keeping the family afloat during this challenging time.
