Help Thomas and Sam Achieve a DCI Marching Dream

Drum corps is a similar activity to marching band, where teenagers and young adults spend months of their summer perfecting a marching show that we perform in front of thousands of people.

Our tour will begin in June and run through August 9th. During that time, we’ll travel over 8,000 miles, performing in new cities every few days, and be instructed by a large team of talented staff. The season ends with a series of national competitions in Indianapolis, where we compete at the highest level. As a musician who’s dreamed of marching at this level, I couldn’t be more excited about this summer. The challenges, performances, and growth I’ll experience will also help me in my plans to pursue a career in music education and performance.

This amazing experience comes with a tuition cost: $5,400, which covers my instrument, uniform, and all housing, food, travel, education, and more for the entire seven weeks we’re on the road. I’m asking for your help in making this summer possible. My current donation goal is $1,200, and I hope to achieve that by February 25th.
