My wonderful neighbors, Tom and Pat Kirkup, had a horrible disaster this morning. Their New Providence home, for the past 40 years, caught fire and burned nearly to the ground. Thank God, they both survived with little injury- but are of course heart broken over the loss of their home where they raised their family. I ask neighbors and friends to help them with whatever you can, in their hour of need. (Max their grey cat survived the fire but ran off- please be on the lookout for him off Livingston Ave in New Providence)
