Tokyo's Emergency Vet Bills.

Donation protected
On Sept. 26, Tokyo was noticeably having difficulties urinating. After a few tries, he urinated some blood instead of pee, so we rushed him to the emergency vet. According to the vet, Tokyo's x-rays, medication, sedation, blood work, hospitalization and medicated food, the overall estimated cost would be $2,000 at the very least and could go up to $5,000 depending on the severity of his condition. The vet hospital expected us to pay $1,000 upfront just to get his examinations started. We were told the priority is getting him treated as soon as possible for it may be a stone blockage or urinary/bladder issues. It's also a highly time-sensitive situation, so we are doing all we can to speed this process up.

His owners are two university students who live paycheck by paycheck and struggle enough financially as it is. Tokyo had just turned 3 years old on Sept. 9 this year, and he's been in the family since he was 3 months old. This cat isn't just our pet cat, he is a vital member of our family and we would do anything if it meant he'd be happy and healthy.

All proceeds to this GoFund will go directly to Tokyo and his medical needs, plus new food and medicine for the aftercare.

Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
