Help Toki Heal: Support for Urgent Medical Care

Hi, my name is Welkis Ruiz.

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. My sweet girl Toki went missing for two months, and I was devastated and gently felt my heart shatter. Anyone that knows me knows how much all of my fur babies mean to me. After searching everywhere near and far, posting on socials, and walking through shelters, with every dead end I was losing hope. However, she was found by someone by the airport having seizures. They took her to the nearest vet and thankfully, because of her microchip, they were able to call me and I RAN to my baby. She’s in rough shape and needs immediate medical attention.

She’s currently in the ICU and they’ve identified hepatic lipidosis (liver issues), neck sprain, not being able to walk on her own, and so many other worries. The cost of her treatment is beyond what I can manage right now, and I’m asking for help to cover her medical expenses and have my little girl live a full and healthy life!

Toki is my soul cat and has been a cherished part of my life, bringing joy and companionship since adopting her from the shelter. Any support you can offer, whether it's a donation or sharing this message, would mean the world to me and help her get back on her paws.
