Help Toffee Walk Again: Support Her Recovery

I would have never imagined after my sweet girl Toffee's 2nd birthday that I would be fighting for her life to find out why she went paralyzed in her front legs. Toffee is an amazing, beautiful AKC Champion Dalmatian, who is sweet as pie and the biggest cuddle bug you can imagine. She has brought so much joy and love into our lives, and I can't imagine our life without her in it.

She had a huge turn of events with one vet visit that shortly turned south into three emergency visits. She was back and forth in the hospital and recommended to see a neurology veterinarian at Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital in Akron, OH. She was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease affecting her spinal cord that will impact her for the rest of her life. She will have to be on extremely expensive medications for a long time, and we are praying they work as the recovery odds are absolutely frightening. We are staying as positive as we can and bringing as much support and positivity to Toffee at this time. She is absolutely terrified at times and doesn't understand why she cannot walk. We want her as happy as she can be so she can fight her paralyzed state and hope her spine can recover her mobility.
