Help Todd's Business Recover and Thrive

Hi. My name is Todd Norris, owner of Truck Norris food truck in St. Louis, MO.

Truck Norris was my dream 8 years ago. We have created one of the best food trucks in St. Louis. We are a homegrown, locally owned, and operated business. We even just opened our very first restaurant with hopes of really building on our dream.

However, we have been hit, no pun intended, with some rough times. Our restaurant is very new and does not have the business we were hoping for yet. Then, yesterday at 9:30 AM, coming off Highway 70 and exiting at Natural Bridge, we were involved in a pretty serious truck wreck. Another vehicle went through a red light, and unfortunately, food trucks can't stop on a dime or maneuver safely in a fast method.

The food truck was horribly damaged. The truck is what is keeping my small business afloat as we build for the future with the restaurant. Now we have lost that, and I am worried. I hate that I'm having to create this account, but we truly need help.

We have filed our info with insurance, but we have no clue how long this will take to receive anything. From lost wages for our business, our staff, and some medical bills, to hopefully a truck replacement. I'm afraid with how long insurance can take on a matter this large that it will be forever before I can rebuild. The time and effort it goes into building a food truck is crazy.

I'm hoping that we can get help. I know times are tough for everyone. But honestly, I don't know if we will make it through this without some help. St. Louis is a city that battles for their own. I hope some can battle for us at this moment.
