Hi I’m Todd. I have chronic Lyme Disease and I am finding my way back to health after many different treatments and modalities.

People look at me and think “You look fine, your look healthy, why aren’t you doing all the things you love.” I have the desire, I have the will, It’s impossible with a lyme body.

MY LYME STORY

For decades I didn’t even know I had Lyme. I started having strange symptoms when I was about 6 or 7. Always being tired, dizziness and other weird stuff. The doctors would tell me it’s nothing, just growing pains. Or you are just sensitive.

In school I had always had great grades and loved math. Then in 7th grade I couldn’t do math and I could no longer read. I couldn’t focus on a test anymore. And this continued through my 20’s.

Weakness, excruciating pain like I never could imagine a person could endure. Dozens of other symptoms.

People started telling me that you are just depressed or that it was all in my head. I knew that it wasn’t all in my head. I knew I wasn’t imaging this but I had nothing to go on, I had no proof. After years of doctors telling you, you are depressed and it’s in your head you start to believe that.

Years later when the fatigue and these symptoms caught up with me and I collapsed and I couldn’t get out of bed for 3 years. Nobody knew what it was, no body knew why I couldn’t get out of bed. I was just beside myself with symptoms and agony. Complete fatigue like I had just run a marathon and never trained for it.

MY SEARCH FOR AN ANSWER

I started searching out doctors to find out what’s wrong with me. “We don’t know what causes it, we don’t know how to cure it. We’ll give you some prescriptions.” I told them I don’t want to take drugs, I want to find out what’s wrong. The doctors offered very little in terms of therapy or hope.

I started researching on the internet and discovered that these symptoms seem like Lyme disease. I found a doctor that did the blood work and discovered that I had Lyme disease and co-infections from Lyme. I said great, now we have an answer, what do you recommend for treatment and he said “4 years of antibiotics”. I was devastating knowing that, that would not cure it because I had, had it too long.

Now I’ve basically just been doctoring myself for the past 15 years trying to recover.

TREATING LYME WITH STEM CELLS

Then I went to AMA Regenerative Medicine for the EBOO treatment and Dr. Milgrom told me about the stem cells at this clinic in Cabo and that they are curing Lyme patients. But it’s costly and you have to travel and what do you do? You have to find a way.

I first heard about stem cells from athletes that blew out their ACL or Kobe Bryant and his achilles. These athletes were traveling to Germany to get these stem cells and able to get back on the field after and injury much quicker.
