Toby is my five-year-old kitty and my medical support animal—he truly sustains my life. He’s been my constant companion through some of the hardest times, and I can’t imagine life without him. Recently, I became disabled after several car accidents and ongoing physical and mental health challenges. Because of these difficulties, I was evicted from my home and am now staying somewhere that doesn’t allow pets. Toby is currently in a pet shelter, but in another week, he’ll need to leave, and I don’t have the funds to keep him there or find him a new safe place.

The funds raised here will go directly toward keeping Toby in his current shelter or setting up a new location for him to stay for another month. This will give me time to get back on my feet and make sure Toby is safe and cared for until we can be together again. He means everything to me—he’s not just a pet, but my heart and my lifeline.
