Toby is our 8-month-old puppy who joined our family as a special gift for our child's first birthday. He’s always been a playful, energetic boy who brings joy to everyone he meets. Recently, Toby was involved in a hit and run accident that left his left paw badly injured. The vet told us that his paw isn’t standing properly, and there’s a risk it may need to be amputated due to possible severe muscle or tissue damage. We’re heartbroken to see our loving, playful dog in pain and unable to enjoy the things he loves.

Unfortunately, we’re struggling financially and couldn’t afford the x-rays or immediate care Toby needs, especially with the added expenses of raising a young child. The longer we wait, the more we worry about Toby’s health—he’s already started biting at his injured paw, and we fear it could become infected. We truly love Toby with all our hearts and can’t imagine having to surrender him because we can’t afford his care.
