Help Toby Get the Veterinary Care He Needs

Hi, my name is Audrey, and I have a cat named Toby who has been acting strangely over the past few days. He isn't eating, and his breathing seems different, which is really worrying me. Toby is around 3-5 years old, but we don't know exactly because we got him from the shelter. He had been waiting for his forever family for a year when we adopted him. He used to be a loving cat who loved to cuddle and eat, and I miss seeing him happy. Unfortunately, I can't afford the veterinary bills to get him checked out.
