Hi! My name is Toby, I am a 21-year-old disabled guy in the UK who takes part in Wheelchair Motocross (aka WCMX). This is an adaptive form of skating done from a wheelchair which has brought me back joy and freedom and adrenaline in a way I never thought I would get back after my health declined.

WCMX is an incredible sport and I adore it, however I am currently skating in my everyday wheelchair which is not fit for purpose. This has led to damage to my chair including broken side guards and a bend in my frame making my wheelchair that I use to get around everyday less stable and less safe.

Some of this funding has since gone towards a new day-use wheelchair for myself as my previous chair was no longer useable.

I have worked so hard to learn and to progress and I can no longer progress further in this sport without specialist equipment which is unfortunately way out of my price range. This funding would go towards a fit-for-purpose Finch WCMX chair. Any small donations would help massively. Thank you so much <3
