In April, I will be testing for my 2nd Dan black belt in Karate and as part of this I have chosen to raise money for Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital. On the 12th of April 2026, I am required to complete 1500 front kicks and 1500 punches. During the 8 week build up period, I will also be required to complete 4000 push ups, 4000 sit ups and 4000 mountain climbers.

I have chosen Great Ormond Street Hospital as I feel that all children deserve to receive life-saving treatment and need everybody's support to make sure no child is left out. Great Ormond Street is the world's leading children's hospital and with our support, more children can be helped.
