Help Tobias get a tooth removed and recover

Hi, my name is Tobias, and a few years ago I was in a terrible car accident that put a scar on my face and broke a couple of my teeth. One of them was broken in half, and I haven't been able to take care of it due to a lack of health insurance. The one that is broken in half is rotting and causing me intense migraines and pain. I work two jobs, but it's barely enough to pay rent, and I do not have insurance to cover it. Nor can I get a credit card to cover it.

I need to get this done as soon as possible to continue to heal and work as hard as I do and not worry about taking time off as I recover from my tooth extraction.
