I Would like to a share with you that our beloved friend and a great community leader Shaykh Dr. Mohammad Toukhy’s passed away yesterday battling cancer for past 2 years. He is survived by his wife and 5 kids aged 5-14 years old.
He was a Research faculty at OSU. Apart from Research, he served as an Imam at Masjid Omar Ibn Khattab. He was asset to the community and worked tirelessly for Masjid Omar expansion project, fundraising campaign and as a board member in the past. I remember him as an excellent scientist at OSU, a great freind and a down to earth personality and most importantly a man of principles. I request you all to kindly support the grieving family of Dr. Toukhy, who loved his community and served it as long as he was alive.
May Allah reward him with the highest place in Jannah and help his grieving family in this difficult time. Aameen

1) I’am a close family’s friend
2) the funds will be spend to help the family financial difficulties and get them through this crisis
3) As how the funds will reach the family, I have obtained a verbal authorization form the family , and all the checks send to me will given given to the family with committee of witnesses that would overlook the process.
5) The widow of Dr Touky , Sherein Badr will be beneficiary to this fundraising and will be receiving the funds
