Help to support us and get my wife a diagnosis

A couple of weeks ago, we took my wife to the emergency room. Her legs felt numb, and there were moments when she tried to talk, but she couldn't make her mouth work. The ER thought that she was having a stroke. They kept her over night and ran tests. They basically said that it wasn't a stroke, but in case it was, take  aspirin. 

A day or two later, with worsening symptoms, we took her to a local clinic and the doctor there said that she suspects that my wife has Multiple Sclerosis.

In the past few weeks, Heidi has hardly been able to walk, she gets by with a cane, but it's very hard for her to move. She describes walking as being on a tightrope, like her brain is struggling to communicate with her body. All the simple things that we take for granted, like getting a cup of coffee is a struggle for her. She hasn't been able to work for these past few weeks, and because of that our situation has become quite dire. 

We need to find money to a) get us through this and keep us in our home. Without Heidi being able to work, we can't afford much of anything. One of my jobs is ending soon, leaving me with one part time job that is not consistent work, I can go months between assignments. b) we need to get Heidi to a specialist so that we can get a diagnosis and and start treatment to improve her way of life. Hopefully with treatment and the right medication, she can not have to struggle so much just to walk to the kitchen to get a cup of coffee.
