Charlie (Kirsty) Stewart has been a member of our A2O, Linemark and AVADA family for years. Charlie was a traffic controller at the Rockhampton depot and then promoted to Supervisor/Roster.

In November, Charlie suffered a severe stroke that left her paralyzed on her right side, unable to speak, and without movement in her right arm and leg. Her recovery will be long and challenging, leaving her unable to return to work for the foreseeable future.

Why We Need Your Help

Charlie remains hospitalized, and her husband, Colin Stewart, who is also a Traffic Controller at AVADA, has been by her side every day. As a result, he has been unable to work and is struggling to manage household expenses, including bills and mortgage payments. With limited financial support available, they are facing significant challenges during this difficult time.
