We have done all we can do to get funding, we have borrowed money from lenders, family and friends. We are paying them back the best way we can but we need help....This is truly our last resort. Behind on rent, utilities and vendors.I didn't want to come here but just don't know what else to do. I have cried many nights because of the undercapitilization of this restaurant. (My fault!) Evidently passion isn't enough!! Of course I know that , but I also thought that it would ramp up a bit faster, what was I thinking in the middle of the pandemic!I'm just not ready to give up because I know we have great food and a great atmosphere and people that count on us for their jobs. We have a clean environment & love what we do.
I am still waiting on grants which may or may not come. I am now literally on my knees praying for a miracle to happen.....I've never been more humbled than now and when my forever (22) daughter Priscilla went to heaven 8 years ago...it's been tough.... but I wanted to build something for my boys , their wives and grandkids....started with Caprigios Pizza which holds their own ( trust me they have helped carry us a few times but that cannot continue or it will not survive.)
I am now asking for help from the community for Ilona's Table......would you please find it in your hearts to help us make it thru this tough time.
