Help to save the lives of Farah & Marah from GAZA

My name is Sam, and I am reaching out to you on behalf of Farah and Marah, who are currently trapped in the war in Gaza. They need our help to evacuate to Egypt, where they can start a new life and live in a safe place.

Farah is 22 years old and Marah is 20. These two young women are smart and brave, and only at the beginning of their lives.

Farah and her family have been under unimaginable suffering for the past six months. Their home has been destroyed, leaving them displaced many times. Every day, they live in fear under the constant threat of bombings. Farah herself has experienced the loss of everything, losing her best friend to an Israeli airstrike that bombed their house, leaving her friend's body buried under the rubble. This war has taken a severe physical and mental toll on Farah. It seems this nightmare is not ending, she said.

Despite her dreams of becoming a nurse and completing her final semester, the war took everything from Farah. Marah, Farah's youngest sister, was going to start her second year as a medical laboratory scientist before the war. With the war, it became impossible for Marah to continue studying, knowing that her university was bombed as well. Now, there is no other way except leaving. We are trying to raise funds to help Farah and her sister leave Gaza for Egypt

The funds will cover their visa fees, living essentials and transportation costs, totaling $14,000 for Farah and her sister ($7,000 CAD per person). Anything above this initial amount will support them to rebuild their lives. We aim to raise another $20,000 to support Farah in completing the last two years of her nursing school so that she can graduate and begin rebuilding her life as a nurse. This fund will also help her sister to complete medical laboratory scientist diploma

Your help will not only provide Farah and Marah with a chance to escape the war but also enable Farah to pursue her dreams of becoming a nurse and build her life again. With their future medial careers, they will be able to help others in the future.
