Pepita is 13 year's old dog, she came as a blessing when we lost our first baby, she helped us to navigate others not successful pregnancies and one adoption process of our beloved daughter Rafaela. She encouraged us everyday. She immigrated to Canada with us almost 10 years ago and again helped us with joy navigating the new challenges in a new Country. She gave so much to us and now is our time to retribute. She has been a very health dog, her last check-up in June showed everything was just fine. Suddenly two weeks ago she seemed different and after many visits to different clinics and hospitals they discovered she had gallstones in her gallbladder that needed an urgent surgery before it could rupture. We are fortunately that we are in a great hospital, but it has costs to keep fighting because she is fighting too. We have spent as much as we could for the diagnostic and surgery, but the recovery process is taking longer than we expected and the hospital just told us she needs more time and further care and maybe another surgery. This process is being difficult and already above and beyond our savings. We really thank you all for any contribution and prayer to save our fur baby. Indena family.
