Hi, I am Victoria and I am going to be a senior at Luther College this coming fall.

It was brought to our attention in late May that there was an error with my financial aid during my freshman and sophomore years, and as a result I lost all of the grants I was given during those years. On June 1st we were contacted and told that we had 1 month to pay my college $8,145 before I would be able to receive financial aid. We were also informed that not paying this would result in my debt being sent to the department of education collections, and at that point we would have to pay out of pocket for the upcoming school year. Without financial aid my tuition will be roughly $30,000 and we would have to pay $3200 a month in order for me to finish my last year at college.

Any amount would help to ensure that I can attend my senior year of college. The amount listed is to cover the 2.9% transfer fee taken out by gofundme, and anything left over would help with getting textbooks for the fall.
