Help to replace possessions and pay for an untimely funeral
This fundraiser has been set up following the untimely and tragic death of Mr Dave Fairgrieve, who lost his life in a horrific fire at his home in Droylsden, Tameside, Greater Manchester on Wednesday 10th April 2024. Dave was just 56 years old. His wife, Theresa and son, James who were both at home at the time escaped the fire with the clothes they were wearing and have been left with nothing. To add to this heartache, when the fire started at close to 00:00hrs on 10th April, this marked James’s 18th Birthday!
Dave was a loving husband and father who had grown up and spent most of his life living in Wolverhampton, moving to Tameside 3 years ago with his family, making the town his new forever home. Sadly, his time in Greater Manchester has been cut short.
Dave ran a local care and cleaning company with his wife, T and D cleaning services and was a much-loved member of Forward in Faith Ministries.
Dave touched the hearts of many in his life and is sadly missed by family and friends far and wide in Coventry, Manchester, and Wolverhampton and even in Zimbabwe!
Support is needed for the Fairgrieve family at this emotional time. As previously mentioned, Theresa and James were left not only without their husband and father, but without their possessions. There is also a funeral that needs to take place to give Dave the send off he deserves. So, if you can even donate a pound to help replace vital possessions and pay for a funeral, please do!
